ci44 Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the ci44 platform. This document forms the basis of the agreement between you and us.
1 General Provisions
ci44 is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ci44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member", "player").

2 Membership & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on the ci44 platform and use any gaming service, you must be at least 21 years old. The platform's services are strictly prohibited for anyone below this age. ci44 reserves the right to verify age and may immediately close any account belonging to a minor.
2.2 Account Registration
Each person may open only one account. Having more than one account is strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any other person to use your account. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to ci44 Support immediately.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on the ci44 platform:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
- Nagad — the postal department's digital payment service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. ci44 reserves the right to request additional verification for any suspicious transaction.
3.3 Source of Funds
You confirm that the funds you deposit come entirely from a legitimate source and are not connected to any illegal activity. Using ci44 for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at ci44 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each player is eligible for one welcome bonus.
- Bonuses may only be used for playing on ci44 — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
- It is not possible to withdraw a bonus balance before the wagering requirement is met.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
- ci44 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
5 Gaming Rules & Code of Conduct
5.1 Fair Play
ci44 is committed to ensuring fair play. All our games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely unbiased. Game results are not predetermined and cannot be controlled by any party.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ci44 platform:
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Any form of cheating or manipulation
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting any system error or vulnerability
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits
5.3 Technical Issues
If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, ci44 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. Any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical issue will not be considered valid.
6 VIP Program & Rewards
ci44's VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
A member's advancement to a higher VIP tier is determined based on their activity and engagement on the platform. ci44 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP Program.
7 Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Closure by ci44
ci44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms
- Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Providing a false identity or information
- Abuse of bonuses
- Where required to comply with legal obligations
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
A member may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Please contact our Support Team to use self-exclusion or responsible gaming tools.
8 Limitation of Liability
ci44 is an entertainment platform. Participation in gaming is entirely your own decision and at your own risk. ci44 is not liable for:
- Any financial loss arising from your gaming activity
- Issues caused by internet disconnection
- Delays or errors by third-party payment providers
- Issues caused by your device or software
